Am Looking for staff and here is the things you must do before you want to join. 
1.Must be great at spelling.
2.Must be great at computer sites stuff.
3.Must be friendly and helpfull.
4.Must help posting and fixing site when needed.
5.Give me a resone why you should take the job.
